Born in Singapore and raised in San Diego, CA. I lived and learned in Berkeley, CA receiving a double major in Molecular Environmental Biology and Integrative Biology with a minor in Global Public Health from UC Berkeley. I'm a Clinical Project Manager at UCSF, Operations & Partnerships Manager at Health Tech Capital, an Animal Husbandry Specialist at the California Academy of Sciences, an Expedition Leader throughout Southeast Asia for Putney Student Travel, and a former instructor at UC Berkeley. From conducting research on anthropogenic effects on coral reef health in Malaysia to publishing original research in high impact journals on novel Alzheimer’s Disease biomarker technology and neuropathology findings, I am leaving my fingerprints on the world of science at every turn.

I am inspired to find creative ways to bridge the public’s perceived gap between our health and the health of our environment.
